Unit 114 is the next to last on a quiet, dead end street, so very little traffic or noise. The lot is large with beautiful trees. It's a peaceful neighborhood with quiet neighbors!! The house itself has some unique features, including beautiful wood bookcases and a real fireplace in the living room (fireplace only used as an electric by seller).
